*free outdoor concert* Alt-country singer-songwriter Caleb “Tennessee” Dixon best describes his music as being “like we just stepped out of a damn time machine.”

Dixon grew up in Tennessee for the first half of his life and also spent a lot of time in North Carolina, which he views as a second home. Dixon now resides in Fort Worth.

After listening to Bob Dylan, Dixon decided to take up teaching himself how to play the guitar at age 13. Not long after this he began attempting to write songs.

Around 15, Dixon bought a harmonica holder and learned how to play to accompany his guitar playing.

Many in the local music scene can’t tell you who Caleb Dixon is. However, they sure know who Tennessee is
